The foundation of Integrated Rehab and Performance is the concept of Holism.
We view the body as a single, functional unit. That means, a site removed from the area of pain may be contributing to, if not driving, the complaint.
This single functional unit demands a thoughtful, systematic and thorough evaluation regardless of the nature of the client’s goal or complaint. Neglecting to do so reduces the body to a summation of parts.

Assessments. Behind every movement are mobility and stability. They are subject to change due to a number of factors including diet, sleep and environmental factors. As such each session will begin with a Movement Assessment. The flow of EVERY session is as follows:
